A NATURAL BODY CLEANSE would include a respiratory or lung detox. Exercise and deep breathing exercises are two suggestions that will support a lung cleanse OR maintain healthy lungs and therefore a healthy human body respiratory system.

Taking a brisk daily walk has many benefits for you and your health. It will help maintain healthy lungs as well you will feel better and your energy will increase. Other benefits would include better circulation as your heart is exercised and supports a healthy weight loss program. Most importantly, a brisk daily walk is the best all round exercise that is done in the great outdoors where you can breathe fresh air.

Deep breathing exercise is very important for a successful lung flush. Take a full, deep breath - count to 10, exhale slowly - count to 15 to 20. Repeat this deep breathing exercise slowly several times. It will help reduce or remove stress, increase your energy and even improve your mood.
