Mini Trampoline Exercise for lymphatic System is A Key to the Health of the Body's Immune System
by Laura Koch
The lymph system includes the lymph nodes, the tonsils, the lymphatic vessels, the thymus gland and the spleen. It is often called the body's other circulatory system because it gathers tissue fluid that is not required by the skin or the capillaries and returns the fluid to the heart for re-circulation. It is also a key to the body's immune system. Physical exercise is necessary to stimulate lymph flow. The small lymph glands protect your body's cells against damage.
Lymph vessels are not only a major route for body nutrients from the intestines and liver, they drain waste products from all body tissues. Physical and deep breathing exercise is critical to healthy lymph and immune response. The valves of the lymph system transport waste-filled fluids to be filtered and flushed.
Since there is no pump, lymph circulation depends entirely on deep breathing exercise and physical muscle movement. Jumping on the rebounder clears clogged lymph nodes. Walking, jogging, yoga and jumping on the rebounding trampoline is of great benefit to "pump" or stimulate the lymph flow. It is important to start each exercise routine with deep breathing and stretching. Have fun as you jump or move your way to natural healing.
