A Lymphatic Cleanse Detox Diet That Will Revitalize Your Lymph System

The following lymphatic cleanse detox diet is recommended to revitalize and clense your lymphatic system. - FIRST THING IN A.M.: For lymph revitalization, take one large glass of warm water with the juice of one freshly squeezed organic lemon. - BREAKFAST: For lymph building, have a fresh organic mixed vegetable juice consisting of one glove of garlic, handful of parsley, three celery stalks and five carrots. Add two Tbsps. of greens (super food). Juice and drink ASAP. - MID-MORNING: Make a drink a lymph cleansing tea consisting of a blend of Echinacea root, white sage, Oregon grape root, astragalus and dandelion root. You may also purchase a tea from your health food store specially designed for liver and lymph cleansing. - LUNCH: Make a carotene/vitamin A/vitamin C organic drink consisting of five carrots, two celery stalks, three broccoli flowerets, one garlic glove and 1/2 green pepper. Add two Tbsps greens (super food) - MID-AFTERNOON: Drink one glass of freshly juiced grape or apple juice. - SUPPER: Make a broth rich in vitamin A and C, zinc and magnesium and potassium electrolytes; two and one and half cups water, one and one half cups mixed dark leafy greens, carrots, broccoli, parsley and celery and one tsp of miso. Gently cook, strain and use broth. Blending the warm broth and vegetables will give you a healthier version - add four Tbsps of sunflower seeds. - BEDTIME: Drink one glass of papaya juice
Follow this lymph cleansing detox diet for four to seven days. Then, for one to four days eat 100%organic raw foods.
