The importance of a happy, healthy colon is the difference between sick and healthy. COLON HEALTH is just not what it used to be. Most colon dis-ease could be prevented with considerable life-style changes. A diet high in fiber consisting of whole grains, raw fruits and vegetables and non-processed, non-denatured foods is necessary. Exercise daily, drink half your weight in ounces of high-quality water daily, adequate rest and a good colon cleaning are also all necessary to improve your overall health and vitality.
