A Simple Colon or Bowel Elimination Detox Diet

For 3-5 days follow this nutrition diet.

FOUR KEYS to this bowel elimination detox program.
1. Vegetables and fruits - high in fiber
2. Minimum of eight glasses of pure water daily
3. High chlorophyll plants - enzymes
4. Probiotics in cultured foods

EVENING BEFORE you start your colon cleansing detox program:
- Drink a cup of herbal cleansing laxative tea
- Soak; prunes, raisons and dried figs in water to cover. Add 1 Tbsp of molasses, cover and leave overnight
START YOUR DAY: Take 1 heaping teaspoon of fiber in fresh juice or water along with 1000 mg of vitamin C with bioflavonoids. This will raise body glutathione levels.

BREAKFAST: After discarding the soaked dried fruits, drink a small glass of the "juice"

MORNING SNACK: Take 2 Tbsp aloe juice concentrate in a glass of water or juice along with 1000mg vitamin C.

LUNCH: Drink a glass of fresh carrot juice

AFTERNOON SNACK: Take a large glass of fresh apple juice or a herbal colon cleansing tea.

ONE HALF HOUR BEFORE SUPPER: Take a glass of fresh carrot juice

SUPPER: Take a glass of papaya or apple juice and 1000mg Vitamin C

BEDTIME: Drink a cup of herbal cleansing laxative tea Drink a small glass of "juice" from the soaked dried fruit TIP: Finish this cleanse with a high fiber, small raw foods salad on the last evening.
