The Combination of the 7 Day Brown Rice Diet and High Colonic is a Very Beneficial Natural Detox Program

DAY BEFORE: have a high colonic (preferable)or an herbal enema to help the colon eliminate in preparation NIGHT BEFORE: Eat a green leafy salad
7 DAY BROWN RICE DIET
UPON RISING - squeeze two organic lemons into 1 8 oz glass of pure water and add 1 Tbsp of maple syrup and 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper BREAKFAST - energy drink that consists of 1 beet, 6 carrots, 1/4 cup parsley leaves and 8 spinach leaves MID-MORNING - drink a cup of herbal cleansing tea or herbal detox tea, which gently stimulates all the elimination organs LUNCH - veggie juice consisting of 2 tomatoes, 2 carrots, a handful of parsley and spinach leaves, 1/2 cucumber, 2 stalks of celery, 1/2 green bell pepper. Add 1 Tbsp of green superfood MID-AFTERNOON - large glass of carrot juice DINNER OR SUPPER - steamed brown rice and mixed raw vegetables (mixed steamed vegetables may be used but will not give you the best result); Sprinkle sea vegetables (kelp or dulse); Add 1 Tbsp of flax, udo or hemp oil and 1 Tbsp of Bragg's Liquid Aminos BEDTIME - Drink a cup of herbal tea such as spearmint, peppermint or chamomile
DAYS 2-7 - Drink 2-3 glasses of vegetable juices - any blend - throughout the day. Refrain from eating any solid food during the day.
